An event is a temporary world with a fixed opening time. We make the experience
coherent for guests and practical for the crew, so the plan survives setup day.

### Who this is for

 * Exhibitors who need a booth that stops people
 * Show organizers managing vendors and floor plans
 * Community festivals and fundraisers
 * Companies hosting customers, partners or their own teams

### Signs it’s time

 * The booth looked right in the rendering, but traffic didn’t stop
 * Booth sales live in a spreadsheet and a long email thread
 * Payments, Wi-Fi or printers failed at the last event
 * Every year’s event is rebuilt from scratch

## What we do

### Exhibit planning

Booth layout, messaging and demo flow designed around how visitors actually move.

### Organizer tools

Floor plans, vendor lists and booth availability that are easy to update and easy
to read.

### Show-site technology

Temporary networks, payment connectivity, printing, displays and sound that work
when the doors open.

### Media and graphics

Signage, screen content, demo video and presentation support built as one system.

### Show-day problem solving

Someone on site who can fix a network, re-cut a video or reroute a line without
escalating.

## How it usually runs

### Start from the visitor

What should a guest notice, do and remember? Everything else follows from that.

### Plan the build

Floor plan, power, network, content and staffing in one plan, with the risky parts
named.

### Rehearse the risky parts

Payments, streams, demos and anything that can’t fail are tested before load-in.

### Run the day, capture the lessons

On-site support, then notes and footage that make next year easier.

## What you walk away with

 * Floor or booth plan
 * Technology plan with power, network and device list
 * Content and graphics package
 * Run-of-show
 * Post-event notes and footage

## Questions people ask

Do you build booth structures?

We plan and direct the build and work with fabricators for large structures. Our
focus is making the space, content and technology work together.

Can you connect vendors who take card payments outdoors?

Yes—wired where printers or terminals need it, wireless bridges where cable can’t
reach, and always separate from guest Wi-Fi.

Can you capture the event too?

Yes. Our drone and video team can document the event for recaps, sponsors and next
year’s planning.
